For £2.99 (Keepsake), you can also record video messages and download the whole thing to keep forever.

No. You just need an email address. We'll send you the share link and a manage link so you can track views and spins. No passwords, no profile, no login.

Email verification ensures every spinner has a real person behind it. It's our way of keeping the platform safe and making sure SpunWithLove is only used to make people smile. Your email is never shared or used for marketing.

Video messages are available on the Keepsake tier only. Online video recordings are available for 7 days after the spinner is first opened. If the spinner hasn't been viewed yet (for example, it's scheduled for a future date), the videos are kept until 7 days after it's first seen. On the Keepsake tier, you can download the spinner as an HTML file - that saves everything, including videos, permanently on their device.

Currently, spinners cannot be edited after creation. We recommend previewing your spinner before sharing the link. If something isn't right, you can create a new one - it only takes a minute.

Available on the Personal and Keepsake tiers, the secret surprise is a hidden bonus that unlocks after a set number of spins. It can include a special message and an icon, plus a photo on the Keepsake tier. Think of it as the gift inside the gift - a voucher, a promise, or something meaningful. It's the emotional climax of the whole experience.

On the Keepsake tier, the recipient can download the entire spinner as a single HTML file. It works offline on any device - no internet needed, no expiry. They can keep it forever. It's the digital equivalent of keeping a special card in a drawer.

You can set a date and time for the spinner to activate. Before that time, anyone who opens the link sees a countdown. At the scheduled time, the spinner unlocks. You can also optionally enter the recipient's email and we'll send them the link automatically at the scheduled time.

We don't sell gift cards directly, but you can buy any gift card yourself and include a photo of it in your secret surprise. Take a snap of the card (or screenshot the code), upload it as the secret photo, and it reveals when the recipient unlocks the surprise. Same magic, and you choose exactly what to give.

Because spinners are digital products delivered instantly, we generally can't offer refunds. However, if something genuinely went wrong - a technical error, double charge, or similar - contact us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.

Yes. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Payments are handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified) - we never see your card details. Videos are auto-deleted after 7 days. We don't use tracking cookies or share your data with advertisers. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
