Welcome to SpunWithLove. These terms govern your use of our website at spunwithlove.com and the services we provide. By using SpunWithLove, you agree to these terms.
SpunWithLove is a web-based service that lets you create personalised spinning wheel gifts. Each spinner contains messages - either written by you or chosen from our ready-made bank of heartfelt and humorous options. Paid tiers can include video recordings and photos. You share the spinner with a recipient via a unique link. The service is designed for personal, non-commercial use - sending gifts to friends, family, and loved ones.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing for future spinners, but any spinner you have already paid for will not be affected.
To create a spinner, you must provide a valid email address. For free tier spinners, you must verify your email before the spinner becomes accessible to recipients. This is to prevent spam and abuse.
Your spinner is managed via a unique manage link sent to your email. Keep this link safe - it is the only way to manage your spinner.
You agree to use SpunWithLove responsibly and lawfully. You must not create spinners that contain:
This is a gift platform. Use it to make people smile, not to cause harm.
We reserve the right to review, suspend, or permanently remove any spinner that is reported or that we reasonably believe violates these terms, without prior notice.
Spinners can be reported by anyone who views them. Reports are reviewed by a human.
We require a verified email address from every creator so we can hold creators accountable. Repeated or severe violations may result in us blocking spinners from your email address.
You retain ownership of all content you create - your messages, videos, and photos remain yours.
By creating a spinner, you grant SpunWithLove a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service. This licence ends when your spinner is deleted.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload. Do not upload photos or videos you do not have permission to share.
Video recordings (Keepsake tier only) are hosted on Bunny.net and are automatically deleted 7 days after the spinner is first viewed. If the spinner hasn't been opened yet, videos are kept until 7 days after the first view. After deletion, video segments will no longer play. Text messages and the spinner itself will continue to work.
On the Keepsake tier, downloading the spinner embeds all videos into the file permanently. We cannot recover videos once they have been deleted from our servers.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Because spinners are digital products delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds once a spinner has been created, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, if something has genuinely gone wrong - a technical error, double charge, or similar - contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You can delete your spinner at any time using the manage link. Deletion is permanent.
We may remove a spinner if it violates these terms, is reported, or we are required to by law. Where practical, we will notify you via email.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SpunWithLove. Users aged 13–17 should use the service with parental awareness.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us before pursuing formal legal action - most issues can be resolved quickly.
